75 Days left...

Halliiiihalloooo!

Hach ich bin glücklich... :D

Ich hatte von Freitag den 10.06. auf Samstag den 11.06. mein Vorbereitungsseminar in Bremen und es war unbeschreiblich toll!!

Ich kam am Freitag da an und musste mich dann erst mal dort melden bei meiner Koordinatorin und habe dann auch gleich ein Umhängeschild und ein ICX T-shirt bekommen (das ich auch auf dem Flug tragen muss!) und dann als alle da waren hatten wir eine kleine Begrüßung.

Insgesamt waren wir 26 Schüler die auf zwei Gruppen eingeteilt wurden (rote und grüne Gruppe), ich war in der roten Gruppe und dann ging es auch schon los mit Workshops wo wir viel gelernt haben zu verschiedenen Themen wie Kulturschock oder Gastfamilie. Es hat so viel Spaß gemacht und allgemein habe ich so viele unfassbar nette Leute kennengelernt, die mir so krass ans Herz gewachsen sind und ich einfach jetzt schon mega lieb habe!

Wir waren zu sechst auf einem Zimmer und es war einfach toll!

Am Samstag kamen dann die Eltern dazu und es gab noch viele... seeeeehr viele Infos und mir wurde einfach an diesem Wochenende so richtig klar das ich wirklich Fliege und die Vorfreude ist einfach so krass gestiegen! *_*

Außerdem habe ich speziell auch noch Infos bekommen:

Ich werde am 26.08. um 10:35 von Düsseldorf nach Frankfurt fliegen und dann um 14:00 Uhr mit allen 26 anderen ATS von Frankfurt nach London!!

Erst sollte ich von Münster fliegen, was ich aber geändert habe, weil ich lieber von Ddorf fliegen wollte und dort auch ein paar von den Leuten mitfliegen die mir so sehr ans Herz gewachsen sind! (ganz viel Liebe an euch!!)

Außerdem habe ich zu 90% schon eine Gastfamilie, die ich aber noch nicht offiziell bekommen kann, weil die Schule in England es nicht auf die Reihe bekommt zu sagen ob sie mich in England als Schülerin aufnehmen können oder nicht! -_-

Und das ist bei fast alles anderen England ICXlern genauso! Voll mies, aber dafür heisst es halt ich könnte sie jetzt jeden Tag bekommen! Deswegen wird der nächste Post auch erst über meine Gastfamilie sein (denke ich).

80 Days left...

Hello!!

So as you can probably see this post is gonna be in English!

There are only 80 days left till I'll fly to London and only four weeks left of school and two of them are an internship. I can honestly say... it's getting real.

So first of all I wanna tell you an advice:

If you are planing on going abroad, go a whole year and not a half one as I do. All the struggles I already had because of that are massive! For example I'll be back in Germany on 3 February 2017 that is a Friday and on the following Monday my second internship starts. That means I already have to apply for my second internship before I attended my first one! And there are much more things!

But after all I can say that a half year is better than nothing and that this half year is gonna be changing all.

Today is Tuesday 7 June and I still don't have my host family yet but I'm praying to get them on Friday when I'll be having my preparation weekend.

That is actually the next I wanted to say... this Friday and Saturday I'll be having my preparation weekend in Bremen and I'm honestly so exited! I'm looking forward to meet other exchange students who are also going to England with my organization.

I also already started to write a packing list and really... you can't even tell how difficult this is! I mean I have to pack my whole life into one suitcase! And that's not the worst part of that; how am I supposed to pack when I'm flying back on Feburary? There are gonna be two lives I have to pack in one suitcase... I can already tell there's going to be a lot to pay for overweight.

I guess that's all to say in this post! Next one will be about my preparation weekend I guess.
